1.1. autolina.ch ag is the operator of the online vehicle marketplace, autolina.ch. These general terms and conditions (Ts & Cs) govern the rights and obligations of autolina.ch ag, hereafter referred to as “autolina”, and its customers. Both private individuals and businesses can use the portal to list vehicles for sale and view listings that are placed online.

1.2. autolina is responsible solely for the provision of the portal as a sales platform. Listings are offered by third party private individuals and businesses and do not represent an offer by autolina. autolina is not liable for the content, legality or accuracy of any listings. Contracts are formed solely between the advertiser and the interested party, and autolina does not act as agent of either party to such contract.

1.3. These Ts & Cs apply to all offers and services provided by autolina. By ordering an offer or a service, and/or making use of an offer or service, customers of autolina.ch ag (hereafter referred to as the “Customer” or the “Dealer”) accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

1.4. These Ts & Cs shall take precedence over any and all contradictory provisions in the Customer’s own standard terms of business. Additional or other terms of this agreement shall only be valid if agreed between the parties in writing.
